We call or email you with an estimated number within 36 hours. We will provide you with details of the specifications and a brief explanation for the cost of your custom home based on our free in-home consultation.

Step 5: We provide a detailed proposal.

A detailed proposal will be presented to you for review if you are ready to move forward and we highly encourage dialogue on any point. Our proposals are always customized to our customers needs on any specific point.

Step 6: We sign the proposal and get started.
